Flourished in his first season, won nicely at Uttoxeter and at Warwick after giving weight to the second place who has won since, only finished 2 and a half lengths behind the winner in the Grade 2 Class 1 at Aintree, this son of Walk In The Park is the pick for me.
13:05: Apple Away 9/4
Apple Away is the one here for me, interesting to see Mullins send over this year’s National Hunt winner but I feel like this trip is too short for Gaillard Du Mesnil, also carrying a huge weight difference compared to Apple Away, Apple Away is a horse I’m fond of and at the current prices I’d be taking on Mullins here.
15:35: Famous Bridge 3/1
Had won its last two starts of the season before coming 4th on season reappearance despite only finishing ¾ of a length behind the leader. Will love the going at Haydock, Nicky Richards is operating at a 30%-win rate in last 14 days and hopefully, Famous Bridge can add to that.

Those who have followed me know how much I like this horse trained by Jonjo, I tipped him up on debut and it returned a nice 9/1 winner for us, battled nicely to win at Worcester and that form has worked out quite well. Full brother to Pembroke so obviously has a nice pedigree.
