We got very unlucky yesterday with an unseat just as the race heated up. But today I think we have one to get us back on the score sheet.

Today’s selection should really be atoning for his loss at Cartmel where he bumped into a rejuvenated horse trained by James Moffatt, who has a knack for training winners at Cartmel.
I also would go as far as saying that a track like Cartmel wouldn’t be a course where it would play to his exaggerating hold-up tactics, and back on a more conventional track, and what looks a weaker race than last time, he should be well up to making it two from three for his new trainer James Owen.
Southwell 5:00 – Kittens Dream 20/1 (each way)
This is one where it will click very soon off a much-reduced mark. His last win back in February came off a mark of 61 and comes in here off 50.
There has been a lot of promise shown in his last two runs to consider him a player at a massive price.
He is one who needs a bit of luck in running, but with the right breaks, he is too well handicapped to ignore here.
Expect a big run.
